Consulting, sustained.

One core discipline, rebuilt in about five weeks — then kept alive on a published rhythm of evidence, refresh and readout. Subscribed by organizations that can pay for it. Granted, in full, to causes that can’t.

The scope is printed on the page and the price sits next to it. What we won’t do is stated as plainly as what we will.

Why each one holdsThe detail
  • 01One price, every client. No negotiation, no volume discount hiding a rate card. The number is published before we know who you are — the only way it stays the same for everyone
  • 02The same scope, every quarter. What lands is printed, then repeated in your Scope Confirmation. Anything outside it is named, never absorbed
  • 03Priced by the outcome. You pay for the artefact kept true, not for how long it took us. A timesheet that grows is not a result
  • 04Your team keeps running it. Every engagement lands in a Signify Hive tool your team uses between readouts — and exports with you, in full, if you leave

Two doors

Subscribed or granted.

The same advisory, the same portal, the same board pack — reached through one of two doors.

Door one · For organizations

Subscribe to a discipline.

Pick a subscription, see the tier and the price before anyone asks your name, and open the first call at “which one and when” — not “what do you do.”

  • Full price on the page — never “contact for pricing”
  • Configure in about three minutes; scope confirmed in writing
  • Book the first call straight into a live calendar
Door two · For nonprofits

Apply for a grant.

Round one is open to nonprofit causes anywhere in the world. Five are selected and receive the subscription in full — delivered on bench capacity reserved before any paid seat is sold, and run to the same standard as any paying engagement.

  • Same portal, same board pack, same readout cadence, same partner time
  • Eligibility and selection criteria published, with weights
  • Expressions of interest: 1 September – 30 November

Parity is the integrity test — grantees get exactly what subscribers get.

Where to go next

Twelve doors, grouped by why you came.

This is a small site with a lot of numbers on it. Rather than make you find them, here is every destination, sorted by what you are actually trying to do. Nothing below is a teaser — each one goes straight to the thing.
